Personal Training Service Expectations

You: As defined in the Client PARQ (“You”)

Coach: Tracy Lamond (the “Coach”) 

The Agreement is Between: You and Revitalise Group Ltd.

1. Definitions 

1.1 Programme: A personal training course aimed at achieving the Client's health and fitness goals; consisting of coaching calls, structured exercise plan, and/or nutritional guidance with commitments available for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.

1.2 Session: A scheduled coaching call between the Coach and the Client to provide personal training accountability, feedback, assessments and programme updates.

2. Structure of the Program 

2.1 The Programme will span the duration agreed upon by both parties (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).

2.2 The Coach will provide 1 session per week, each lasting up to 30 minutes.

2.3 The Client is expected to adhere to the exercise and nutrition plan provided by the Coach.

3. Coach's Commitment 

3.1 The Coach commits to providing professional and supportive coaching sessions aimed at helping the Client achieve their goals.

3.2 The Coach will develop a personalised exercise plan and nutritional guidance (where required) for the Client.

3.3 The Coach will maintain confidentiality as outlined in Section 8.

4. Client's Commitment 

4.1 The Client agrees to follow the provided exercise and/or nutrition plans.

4.2 The Client agrees to attend sessions at the specified times.

4.3 The Client agrees to be open, honest, and maintain a positive outlook towards the coaching process.

4.4 The Client agrees to take responsibility for their life, choices, and actions.

5. Coaching Disclaimer 

5.1 The Coach is not a medical professional and does not provide medical advice, counselling, therapy, or other healthcare services. The Client should seek independent medical advice before starting the Programme, especially if they have health concerns. This is also addressed in the PAR-Q.

5.2 By joining, the Client accepts full responsibility for determining their fitness to participate and understands they are responsible for their own results. While positive outcomes are expected when the Programme is followed as prescribed, the Coach cannot guarantee specific results.

5.3 If additional advice is needed, the Client may be referred to other qualified professionals.

6. Session Agenda 

6.1 The Session agenda belongs to You. If the Session is not heading in the direction you would like, if the Coach ever says anything you don’t feel comfortable with or if You have a concern with the way the Sessions are proceeding You will let the Coach know immediately.

7. Ethics and Confidentiality 

7.1 All information shared or notes made during or between sessions will be kept confidential.

7.2 The Coach will not disclose any information unless authorised by law or required by law.

7.3 The Coach may share anonymous, generalised information about the Client's training or consultation for professional or marketing purposes, ensuring the Client's identity remains confidential.

8. Administration

 

8.1 Sessions may be refused if payment has not been made as required by this Agreement.

8.2 Rescheduling a session requires at least 24 hours' notice via phone, email, or another agreed method.

8.3 If the Client is late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

8.4 Sessions cannot be transferred to another programme or taken at another time unless under extreme circumstances, in which case a doctor’s note must be provided.

8.5 If the Coach cannot attend a session due to unforeseen circumstances, they will notify the Client promptly and reschedule that session, as per the Client’s preference.

9. Fee Structure and Termination

9.1 The Programme fee is based on the length of commitment chosen by the Client and the specific Programme selected. Payments are made monthly, with discounted rates for longer-term commitments, as agreed with the Client in advance.

9.2 By signing up, the Client agrees to complete the full payment for the selected term (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) to retain the discounted rate associated with that commitment.

9.3 If the Client wishes to end the Programme early, they must give 28 days' notice. Discounts based on commitment periods (3, 6, or 12 months) will be removed if the full term is not completed, and the Client will pay the difference for sessions completed at the applicable shorter-term rate.

9.4 The Client has the right to cancel their booking within 14 days from the date the booking is accepted, without providing a reason. If the Client cancels within this period, they will receive a full refund for the sessions not taken. After 14 days, the cancellation terms in these terms and conditions will apply.

9.4 The conditions in Sections 9.2 and 9.3 may be waived only under extreme circumstances of physical or mental ill health, in which case a doctor’s note must be provided.

10. General 

10.1 In the event of any mental, physical, or emotional distress related directly or indirectly to coaching sessions, the Client agrees not to hold the Coach liable for any loss or costs incurred.

10.2 The Client agrees to indemnify the Coach against any such claims, except as expressly set out in this Agreement.

10.3 This Agreement reflects the entire understanding between the Client and the Coach.

11. Agreement

By signing the Consultation Form, both parties agree to the terms and conditions of this Personal Training Service Agreement.

Additional Notes - For the coaching to be as successful as possible:

  • The Client's intent to change and desire to achieve their goals should be serious. 

  • The Client will make every effort to ensure they are in peak mental, physical, and emotional state for each session. 

  • The Client is ready to work, give feedback, and try new ways of learning. 

  • The Client will keep their commitments and inform the Coach immediately if things are not working. 

  • The Client is willing to explore, challenge, and change self-defeating thoughts, feelings, and actions. 

  • The Client recognises the value of themselves and the investment in their personal development. 

  • The Client understands the need to plan the end of the coaching relationship in advance for proper closure.

All personal data collected is transferred and stored securely, using industry standard encryption protocols, and approved transfer mechanisms.

Our team is trained on the importance of Privacy and Data Protection and will adhere to our relevant policies. 

Where your personal data is processed by 3rd parties it may leave the EU and be processed or stored within the USA.  The EU has an adequacy decision in place with the USA regarding data protection and we will ensure any 3rd party companies we use align with the GDPR.

How Long We Keep Your Data
